Design and Construction

We provide a complete construction service - including ceilings, walls that can be fire rated or existing walls that can be fire clad, together with raised floor structures, fire detection and extinguishing systems. Other services include pipe work installation, GAS extractor fans, room sealing and pressure testing, door access control, air-conditioning, electrical installation, UPS systems and generators, as well as equipment enclosures, voice and data cabling.

Preparation of cost estimate for fire protection equipment and/or system.

Detail Design
Preparation of detail design and development for fire protection systems with hydraulic calculations, system flow-& layout-drawing and specifications of fire protection equipment .

Installation and Supply
Provide equipment supply and installation of fire protection systems, complete with commissioning, supervision, coordination and planning.

Inspection, Maintenance and Service
Provide inspection, maintenance, service and certification of fire protection systems and/or equipment.

Training
Provide Training for maintenance engineers and security people for hands on use of fire extinguishers and fire sprinkler systems.
